Q. How do i make payment?
A. Firstly, login in with your user ID, choose your product, then checkout. At this moment, no payment is made. D'Temptation will then email you(within 1 working day) to arrange for delivery date and timing, and in the email, D'Temptation will provide the bank account which payment has to be transferred to. Once payment is received on our side, we'll courier your order to you through Singpost, which will reach you within 3 working days.
Q. Do you sell imitations?
A. Definitely not. We sell only real fragrances, never fakes, testers or imitations. Products like these are nothing like the originals and are not worth wasting your good money on. We are officially authorized by the brands that we retail to sell on the Internet.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. This depends on where you want your order to go. As long as your order is within Singapore, delivery is absolutely free. If you require a delivery to the Rest of the World, please email us your address and we will reply you with the postage charges.
Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?
A. Delivery depends on where you want your order to go. As long as your order is within Singapore, delivery is absolutely free, if your order is above S$100.00, else, a S$2.00 postage fee is chargable. If you require a delivery to the Rest of the World, please email us your address and we will reply you with the postage charges.
Q. I forgot my membership password.
A. Please use the lost password facility on the login page to have a new password sent to your registered email address.
Q. Does D'Temptation deliver internationally?
A. Yes. We deliver throughout the world.
Q. Do you have the item shown in stock?
A. Unfortunately we do not currently have a method for live stock management. All products shown on our web site are either in stock or obtainable from our brands distributors within the time stated on the website. If a product is currently unavailable after you have placed your order, we will endeavor to obtain this product as quickly as possible and keep you informed regularly on its progress.
Q. Do you accept cheques, postal/money orders?
A. We do but we can't guarantee the product will be available when your cheque reaches us. We also have a 5 day clearing period for personal cheques so your order will take a little longer to arrive. Money Orders and Postal Orders do not have a clearing period so, if the product is still available when your Money Order or Bank cheque arrives, it can be sent immediately. Please note that we only accept payment in Singapore Dollars and no foreign currencies are currently accepted.
Q. Can I have an item gift wrapped?
A. Yes we can provide free gift wrapping on all products as well as a personalized gift message if the item is a gift. This service is available on the basket page when logged in to the site.
Q. I can't find the item I want.
A. Email us at sales@dtemptation.com.sg and we'll do our best to find it for you.
Q. Can I be assured of privacy once I register on your site?
A. D'Temptation will always protect your privacy and will not give out your sensitive information to any third parties.
